Ask Senators to vote against Bill C-389
URGENT! On February 9, the House of Commons passed a vote to add 'gender identity' and 'gender expression' to the Canadian Human Rights Act and Criminal Code (Bill C-389). Now it's up to the Senate to make final decision - vote to pass or defeat the Bill.

If Bill C-389 is passed, a person's gender can be defined artificially based on subjective claim and not on objective biological nature. It would allow men who say they are women to use women's public facilities, increasing unpredictable threats. It would also lead to negative consequences in the civic, medical, legal, education, business and other fields.

For the public good, the Bill must be defeated. We need your immediate action to help defeat the Bill! Send a letter/email to the Senators now, and tell them to consider, as responsible Senators, voting against Bill C389. Thank you!
Below is a sample letter to the Senators and the email addresses of the Senators. You can consider writing you own letter, or copy this letter and send it by email to as many Senators as possible. (You can copy and paste the email addresses below to your email, if you paste around 40 addresses each time, you can send to 102 Senators for only sending it three times. (All except 2 – no address available). Thank you!

Letter of Appeal to the Senators (Sample)
Dear Senator,

I am writing to ask you to defeat Bill C-389, which proposes to include "gender identity" and "gender expression" in the Canadian Human Rights Act and the Criminal Code.

Unlike the term "Sex", recognized as unequivocally "objective by Law of Nature", "Gender" here is unclearly defined "subjective" perception. The Charter of Rights already guarantees equal protection to all; this Bill has nothing more adding to anyone's rights. If the Bill becomes law, it would lead to negative consequences on medical, legal, business, education, religious and other fields. It would allow men who 'say' they are women to use women's public facilities, increasing unpredictable threats; and as such, Bill C-389 should not be passed.

Please consider, as responsible Senator for the public good, voting against Bill C-389.

Sincerely,

[your name]
[your address, City, Province, Postal Code]

Please see below for Senators' email addresses

Here are the addresses for the 2011 Senate:

Each time, just highlight all the email addresses of one column and click copy, then go to your email software, paste on to the space (To:) for addresses to be send to, and each time you can send to around 30 Senators; sending three times will reach around 100 Senators.
